This upcoming Saturday marks the fire-sale exit of one of Chicago’s premiere party planners/photogs and genuinely all around swell guy, Clayton Hauck. Lately doing big boy work for publications like the Wall Street Journal, he’s perhaps best known for his nightlife and liquor-faced website everyoneisfamous.com (that, or maybe his varying degrees of facial hair over the years). Hauck’s been out of the party snapping game for a few months now (his site says “hiatus”), but this weekend will be his final adieu from Windy City party purgatory. No more digi pics of femme-boys and chunky girls wearing too-tight clothes for Clayton. Nope. No siree. He’s saying arividerchi, you goddamn turkeys!

Claychella 5, Hauck’s yearly shindig which this year he is toting as his “last party ever” (pronounced evvaaahhhh), is an all day event going down at Chicago’s Lincoln Hall. Lots of DJs, mostly friends and acquaintances acquired over the years (including VEOBA’s own Grand Poobah, JAYDAVID), will provide the majority of entertainment with loads of food and drinks specials assisting. Plus it’s free before 10pm with cheap tickets thereafter. You know, all the makings of a fantastic party.
