1. How do VEOBA’s download cards work? (Back To Top)
Download cards are customized gift cards printed with your design. Each has a unique URL & access code redeemable online for digital media: individual songs, albums, photos, videos, etc. Yep, you get to decide what to include, up to 500mb.
2. Will this put a huge dent in our wallet? (Back To Top)
It is a good less expensive alternative to pressing CDs/Vinyl. You can include the cards it with your CD/custom merchandise to sell, or you can use them as a give-away (maybe just a free song, or a free EP). There are three types of cardstock to choose from with the option to thread lanyard through your download cards. VEOBA is here to help you out if the choices are overwhelming. Sign up for a free VEOBA account, fill out a quote, and contact VEOBA… we’ll get the ball rolling. If you prefer to have us explain different options for you, or share some samples, call us 877-306-2954 and we’ll help out.
4. What is included with each VEOBA download card? (Back To Top)
Each card includes a unique access code, 500mb of hosting, and two years of customer support. If you’d like anything customized by VEOBA, contact us for a free quote. Our Art Department is excellent.
5. How long does it take to receive my download cards? (Back To Top)
Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Some orders take less time and other orders (i.e. of 5,000 or more) may take more time. VEOBA will try to accommodate all rush projects without charging additional fees but sometimes it’s unavoidable. If you need an order by a specific date or for an upcoming show, please contact us with enough time to have your project completed by then. We are super, but we are also human. So, remember Super and Human… but not Superhuman. That would be awesome if we were Superhuman. We would totally wear capes.
6. I live in (insert non continental U.S. city here). Do download cards work here? Will you ship them here? (Back To Top)
Absolutely! Our download cards work anywhere you have access to internet. We ship anywhere FedEx delivers.
7. Do download card users have to sign up for an account to access my digital media? (Back To Top)
Nope. Anyone redeeming your digital media will never be asked to sign up for an account, nor will we sell any information on these users. We will ask for an email, just incase anything goes wrong with the download, and there will be an option to join the VEOBA email list – but they do not have to join in order to get the media.
8. What information can I collect from users (Back To Top)
VEOBA can send you a list of the email addresses that were entered to download your media… for no charge. Not bad! Yep, we’re looking out for you.
9. What if users have questions about redeeming a download card? (Back To Top)
That’s why VEOBA is here! We have numerous way to get a hold of us – and we are constantly checking out emails.
10. What types of media can I add to my download card? (Back To Top)
If it’s out there, we can deliver it: WAV, WMA, FLAC, MPG, AVI, JPG, PDF, EXE, etc. Add music, movies, photos, and applications. Just keep it under 500mb.
11. Do the cards ever expire? (Back To Top)
Most cards will expire after two years. However, the expiration date can be set to whenever you’d like your cards to be deactivated. Contact us if you need your cards to expire within a special timeframe.
12. How do I design the download card? What goes onto the back of it? (Back To Top)
Our templates will take you through the entire download process. They are available in all formats.
13. I prefer to sell my cards. Can I do that? (Back To Top)
Yes! We will never take any portion of your card sales. They are yours to distribute as you wish.
14. I’d like a custom shape to my cards, please. (Back To Top)
We can make a custom die in any shape. Pricing depends on several things: quantity, size, shape so request a free quote or just call us with what you’d like. Nothing is impossible aside from trying to get your elbow into your mouth ... yet, I think I saw that once on the L. Maybe it’s a Chicago thing.
15. Do you print on anything other than plastic? (Back To Top)
Definitely! We can do postcards, greeting cards, flyers, etc. If you have other ideas in mind, please let us know.
16. I have my own media platform. Can VEOBA just print the cards? (Back To Top)
Yep! If you have your own site and want to send us the codes, we’ll print the cards.
